About Us

Neal Trautman, Inc. (formerly the Congressional award-winning, National Institute of Ethics) has been the nation's largest provider of ethics training for the law enforcement and corrections professions since it was established in 1991. Dr. Trautman was the founder and Executive Director of the National Institute of Ethics.

Our mission is to enhance professionalism by helping organizations maintain high standards of ethics and integrity. We accomplish this by delivering quality seminars, conference presentations, Certification of Integrity program and the production of anti-corruption training DVDs.
